App FAQ
The PUUR app is currently available in Apple App Store for iPhone devices. To download the app, search for "PUUR: Wellness & Success" in the Apple App Store.

Follow the steps to create an account:
1. Open the app, and tap ‘Get Started.’
2. You’ll then be asked the question, “What brings you to PUUR?” and you can choose all that applies.
3. Next, you have the option to sign up with Phone, Apple, Facebook, Google, or Email.
Your information is kept confidential and secure, as outlined in our comprehensive Privacy Policy. Your privacy is our priority, and you have control over your information. For more details, please refer to our Privacy Policy.(https://www.puur.com/legal/privacy)
My PUUR Hours is a feature that lets you set your general available times to receive or send invitations. This helps you and your PUUR pals understand each other's availability and seamlessly book a PUUR. To update your PUUR hours, follow these steps:
1. Open the PUUR app and tap on the Profile icon in the navigation bar.
2. Select My PUUR Hours to set your preferred time.
Remember:
• The FROM time must be in the AM.
• The TO time must be in the PM.
For a seamless booking experience, we recommend setting a wider time window.
There are a few ways to book a PUUR.
If you have a specific timeframe in mind:
1. From the Home screen, tap on the PUUR button.
2. Now, let's "Pick a time."
• By selecting "Today ASAP," the app will broadcast your request across the PUUR community. Once an available pal accepts your request, you can enjoy PUURing. This is a fun way to meet new PUUR pals.
• By selecting a day from the left column and a timeframe from the right column, you will see available pals during the selected timeframe.
3. Browse and select your PUUR Pal.
4. Select a time block.
5. On the confirmation page, you will see the Repeat options: None or Weekly.
• Selecting None sends a single PUUR invite, while the Weekly option allows you to invite this pal at the same time every week.
6. Once you are happy with your selection, tap Invite.
7. As a confirmation, you will see the pending invitation in your PUUR calendar with light gray diagonal lines across the background. Once the person you invited accepts your invitation, you will receive a notification, and the light gray diagonal lines will disappear.
If you want to invite a specific pal:
1. From the Home screen, if you see a pal you are interested in inviting, tap on their profile photo to see their profile page.
2. Select a time or tap on "See more" to view all available times.
3. Select a time block.
4. Follow the steps to book.
If you want to book a PUUR with one of your existing PUUR pals:
There are two ways:
1. From the Home screen:
• Tap on the PUUR button.
• Select "Pick a time."
• Find the pal you want to invite.
• Follow the same steps to book.
2. From Chat:
• Go to the Inbox.
• Open the chat with the pal you want to invite.
• Tap on the profile photo to reveal more options.
• Tap on Profile.
• Follow the same steps to book.
Managing your PUUR bookings is easy. Follow these steps:
1. Open the PUUR app.
2. Tap on the calendar icon in the navigation bar.
3. Select a date.
4. Tap on the pen icon to edit or the X icon to cancel.
5. If this is a recurring booking, you will be asked if you want to edit/cancel:
• This PUUR
• This and following PUURs
• All PUURs
If you’re having trouble logging in or forgot your PUUR account password, you can reset it by following these steps:
1. Open your PUUR app and tap ‘Log In.’
2. Tap ‘Forgot password?’.
3. Enter the email address associated with your PUUR account.
4. You will receive an email with a link to reset your password. Please check your spam folder if you do not see the email in your inbox.
5. Type in your new password.
6. Confirm your new password.
7. Click ‘Submit.’
Account deletions are permanent and cannot be reversed. When an account is deleted, all associated data will also be deleted.
Follow these steps to delete your account:
1. Open the PUUR app and tap on the profile icon in the navigation bar.
2. Select ‘Delete My Account’ and follow the prompts to complete the deletion process.
The PUUR app is currently optimized for:
iOS (iPhone) mobile devices with an operating system of iOS 14 or above.
For the best PUUR experience, we recommend updating your operating system to the latest available version.
If you encounter technical problems or glitches while using our app, please follow these steps:
1. Check for Updates: Ensure that you are using the latest version of the app. Updates often include bug fixes and improvements.
2. Restart the App: Close and reopen the app to see if the issue resolves itself.
3. Device Restart: Occasionally, technical issues may be related to your device. Try restarting your device.
4. Contact Support: If the problem persists, please contact our support team at support@puur.com.(support@puur.com) Describe the issue in detail, including any error messages you encounter.
PUUR App has a built-in 'Force Update' feature, so when a new version becomes available, you will be prompted to update the app.
1. Click the ‘New Update Available’ pop-up.
2. You’ll be directed to the App Store.
3. Tap the UPDATE button.

PUUR App is free to download, with limited free features. If you wish to upgrade to a premium version and enjoy all features, you can get it for $12.99 billed monthly or $69.99 billed annually both with a free 7-day trial.
Our subscription model offers users access to premium features for a recurring fee, typically billed on a monthly or annual basis. With a subscription, you can enjoy PUURing with different amazing PUUR pals and get access to Daily PUUR clips. You can manage and cancel your subscription at any time through your app store account settings.
We offer subscriptions via the App Store/iCloud, using the payment method linked to your Apple ID.
To cancel your subscription on App Store Billing:
1. Open the Settings app
2. Tap on your name
3. Tap ‘Subscriptions’
4. Select the PUUR subscription
5. Tap ‘Cancel Subscription’ to disable it from auto-renewing at the end of the current billing cycle
