From Richard Lee, PUUR CEO

I deeply care for you and yours; please read my 8-min letter as if your lives depended on it — because it does.
First, thank you for your efforts to become better, because by doing so, you make our world better.

Second, you hold intrinsic value beyond your imagination. Do you know you are miraculously unique? A Harvard mathematician calculated the odds of another being like you at 540 Trillion to 1. Meaning, you are already a miracle.

Our mission at PUUR is to enable you to release that which is holding you down from experiencing the full miracle that YOU ARE. And in your PUUR practice, you will empower others to release that which holds them in bondage too.

Third, human suffering is a universal common humanity. However, with PUUR, you can radically reduce unneeded suffering, and enjoy unimaginable freedom. This starts with how much you choose to harvest from my letter below, or not.

What's the #1 Killer of Your Joy, Health & Success?

Discover Relational-Emotional Deprivation Trauma: the huge Mass Trauma most know so little about

Which farmer would you bet on to have the best fruit crop? Two farmers approach their fields and plant their seeds. Both farmers want a bountiful crop.

Both pray, have positive thinking and visualizations... But farmer #1 ("John") cultivates his field every day; examining the soil for parasitic bugs, providing the need for proper sunshine and water. While oppositely, farmer #2 ("Sal"), doesn't cultivate his field every day, but instead, chases busyness; binge-watching Netflix, spending lots of time on social media, running around town, and painting his house...

Come harvest time; John is celebrating, reaping, and enjoying, while oppositely, Sal is starving, blaming, and complaining. After just a few seasons; Sal must sell his field and house to pay for all his bills. John buys Sal's house and land.

Again, John cultivates his fields every day, not depriving them of their needs. Thus John creates joyful abundance for his family, his community, and for himself. While oppositely, over time, because of chronic stress and anxiety caused by a barren life, Sal falls ill to depression and chronic disease; which creates more bills that his poor family will inherit.

On Sal's premature death bed, he laments, "My fate was one of bad luck after bad luck after bad luck."

Our minds ("Heart-Body-Brain-Soul") are fertile fields. We either cultivate them and provide for their daily needs or we suffer the weeds of consequences.

What happens if you deprive your car of daily fuel/electricity? It will suffer dysfunction and stop.

What happens if you deprive flowers of daily sunshine and water? They will wilt and die prematurely.

What happens if you deprive humans of our #1 need; daily relational-emotional sustenance?

A: We will suffer dysfunction; from toxic fear, shame, inner shame-talk, anxiety, bad sleep, boredom, addiction to anger, stop being joyful..., wilt ("depression"), and die prematurely from chronic disease and suicide.

The latter represents some 90% of human life problems; from the bedroom, classroom, hospital room to the boardroom.

Physics and our own common sense tell us; all systems, be it mechanical, botanical, or biological need their power source to survive and thrive. Humans cause ourselves Relational-Emotional Deprivation when we choose to lack daily, authentic, relational conversations and neglect to feel and express our emotions and feelings to one another.

This deprivation causes R.E.D. Trauma: the #1 killer (by far) of our joy, health, and success.

"Relational deprivation and emotional neglect is the worst and most prevalent trauma."

Prof. Bruce Perry, MD, PhD, PhD, Psychiatrist, Neuroscientist,
World's Top Trauma Clinician

Some symptoms of relational-emotional deprivation:

  • Feeling overwhelmed, helpless, or hopeless
  • Difficulty with daily tasks, healthy relationships
  • Feeling shame/guilt without a clear reason to
  • Speaking harshly to oneself, big inner-critic
  • Avoiding emotions, feelings, authentic connection
  • Chronic disease, depression, suicidal thoughts
  • Delusions of grandeur, perfectionism, self-pity
  • Constantly chasing praise, or "cool and kudos"
  • Regularly feeling worried/anxious, paranoid
  • Body issues: overweight, skinny-fat, body-hate
  • Having difficulty thinking, remembering, brain fog
  • Sleeping too much, too little, awake tired
  • Changes in appetite: too much, too little
  • Low grade numbing: alcohol, drugs, stress, porn...
  • Isolating from people, authenticity, emotions...
  • Regular bouts of sadness, numbness, busyness
  • Neglecting safe activities, hobbies, social events
  • Chronic anger, irritability, blaming, easily triggered
  • Experiencing fatigue, phantom pains, low immunity
  • Regularly lying, omitting the truth, chasing "short cuts"

"After over two decades of treating patients, our experience taught us an undeniable truth: the massive U.S. health care system essentially ignores our leading cause of illness, death, and disability — trauma."

Edward Machtinger, MD, San Francisco State University
How your friendly cells turn into highly harmful enemy cells? Recent breakthrough studies in genetic cell research, like these two from Stanford University, shows;  prolonged exposure (for just 2 weeks) to inflammation causes our brain's  "astrocytes [a friendly cell when not exposed to inflammation] to transform into a highly toxic state and kill other types of brain cells."

This leads to symptoms like chronic headaches, bad memory to brain fog, and to major symptoms; like Alzheimer's, Huntington's, Parkinson's, to multiple sclerosis. The researchers concluded, "high concentrations of A1 astrocyte growth medium killed various types of neurons as well as another type of glial cells,"  Now guess what is the leading cause (by far) of inflammation? A: daily relational-emotional deprivation.
The above answers the question; why are we suffering all-time high unhappiness, sickness, and unwellness, when we're spending trillions of dollars each year on "happiness, health, and wellness"? Because we didn’t think to solve daily relational-emotional deprivation: the death by 1,000 cuts trauma.

However, not knowing the above is NOT YOUR FAULT. Not your fault!

Most were never taught these basics of life and there are massive parasitic industries ("The Matrix") hiding these truths from us because they're thriving on our daily relational-emotional deprivation.

But the great news is, we can free our superhuman ("Neo") because modern science shows how miraculous, super-dynamic our biological systems are; from rapid epigenetics upgrading, whole-body cell regeneration to neuroplasticity; when, and only when, we supply our amazing biological systems with daily relational-emotional sustenance.

And when we do, we enjoy real connection (vs. disconnection) as our state of being; a loving oneness with others; which then empowers us with psychological safety — our most primal need.

Maslow almost had it right, but our psychological safety precedes even our physiological safety, as science now shows.

All of the above is summarized and crystalized remarkably well in thousands of top studies, including the World's Top 3 longitudinal studies ("The Study of Studies") on resilience, happiness, health, and productivity.

The Blue Zones: The Land of the Immortals ("The Purehearted", "Superhumans") Study, and the Harvard Study.

What is the #1 Practice for Cultivating a Life Full of Good Fruits; from Happiness, Health, to Longevity?

Meet Gozei Shinzato, 102 years young. She is amongst the happiest, healthiest, and longest-living people in the world, called The Immortals. They live in Okinawa, Japan, and four other regions of the world, discovered by the world's 2nd largest longitudinal study, The Blue Zones
The Immortals have only 1/6th of the mental and physical illnesses of everyone else. So what is Gozei's (and all of the Immortal's) No. 1 secret to cultivating bountiful lives? Is it psychotherapy, "anti-depressants", gyms, diet programs? No.

They use none of those. Their No. 1 habit is having daily, deep, honest talks with their lifelong circle of friends; for Okinawans, it's called, a moai, a powerful social network that Gozei has been part of since she was 4 years old.

"Their greatest secret is a powerful social network [where they talk with each other] called a "moai", but Gozei stressed that it isn't just about gossip and chatter — it's deep talks and support."

Dr. Dan Buettner, Lead Researcher, The Blue Zones

The Immortals, like Gozei, don't suffer the high levels of toxic fear, toxic shame and inner-critical voices that everyone else does because with each daily authentic talk, they feel heard, seen and loved. They feel safe, they feel a connection. And they purify themselves harmful stress hormone buildup, which triggers inflammation: the leading cause of depression, obesity, cancer (of all types), and chronic disease. Inflammation is also the leading cause of friendly brain cells transforming into enemy brain cells (A1 Astrocyte) which kills healthy brain neurons and glial cells.

This leads to problems like chronic anxiety, constant headaches, bad memory, brain fog, to brain fatigue, and to major symptoms; like Alzheimer's, Huntington's, Parkinson's, to multiple sclerosis, as top studies like these two from Stanford University shows.

"The top lesson I learned about cultivating a Wholehearted life is doing the work of courage [for authenticity...], compassion and connection is way more difficult than I thought, but it is way more worth it than I thought.

Because it's good to know these things, but are you practicing them every day? If it's not a daily practice it really doesn't mean anything. Your revolution begins when this process becomes practice."
