What about you? You are wonderfully made to an incomprehensible degree. You are priceless. So how much do you value yourself? The answer is evident by what you do not practice, as well as what you do practice to protect your health and wellbeing.

The #1 Rule for all human optimization, transformation and trauma-care is, DO NO HARM. This means 100% disclosure of any harmful side effects of said method. The latter practice of pure integrity has been conveniently discarded by the vast majority of the "helping" industries; from the psycho-industries, pharma to "Self-help & Wellness."

Thus today, people are suffering all-time high unhappiness, sickness and unwellness (even pre-COVID) despite spending trillion$ per year on the peddlers of "happiness, health and wellness."  It's not so much these peddlers lie, worse, they commit the lie of omission.

It's no secret, Instagram ("Instascam") and other social media are littered with peddlers of mental health, health and wellness disguised by lies of omission. Here's just a few: Belle Gibson, the nutrition "guru" who claimed her "brain cancer" was cured by her methods, but she omitted the truth — she didn't have brain cancer.

The King of Instagram, the "billionaire", Dan Bilzerian, who sold all sorts of products and programs to the unsuspecting, omitted the truth; his money was from his convicted felon father who stole that money from investors. Dan also omitted this truth from his new investors (who were impressed with his wealth) that Dan eventually defraud as well.

The now infamous "self-help" guru, Tony Robbins who peddled "self-control" and "self-activation" to acquire his wealth. Yet, he omitted the truth that he was engaging in marital affairs and sexual assaults of at least nine young women.

"Scientific studies" claiming some "breakthrough", but omitting the truth that said the study was merely a subjective one; which is the lowest quality of science and should not be taken as conclusive vs. conclusive or objective studies that are very randomized and done over a long duration of time, and are reproducible. The latter omission of the truth has spawned an epidemic of fake science peddling "non-harmful" products; from vaping to opioids that were in truth, highly harmful.

Or psychologists and psychiatrists peddling "mental health" but not disclosing they themselves suffer shockingly higher depression and suicide rates than their own patients. When do shrinks ever offer conclusive studies of their own methods? They don't. They omit the truth they can't offer up any. They cash in on the consumer's innocent ignorance.
