Why "Therapy" & Mindfulness Can't Heal Trauma
"Therapy" and mindfulness targets the cortex (logic) where just 10% of trauma and behaviors occur. Targeting logic is also why goals and resolutions have a near 100% failure rate, they're set at the cortex. While oppositely, 90% of trauma and behavioral triggers are from the heart, brain stem to limbic.
