Dr. Erickson was exposed to entrepreneurship from a young age while his father founded his avionics​ company in 1970. Besides deep wisdom in solving hard problems, he has extensive training in the diagnosis and management of disorders of the oral and maxillofacial region that he practices at his renowned orthodontist clinic.

Dr. Erickson graduated from Loma Linda University earning his D.D.S. degree. His postgraduate training includes an orthodontic residency in orthodontics and dentofacial orthopedics at Loma Linda University where he earned a master's degree in orthodontics.

Dr. Erickson and his wife Christine have three children: Hunter, Hudson, and Emma. When away from the office, he can typically be found in Lowes or Home Depot. His hobbies include carpentry, mechanics, and of course motocross with his wife and kids.
