​Jonathan has created a consulting firm that's worked with over 30+ seed-series E stage technology companies with a sum of over $300M in venture funding, been on the founding team of 2 startups that were acquired, and lead the marketing and sales department at a company currently on a trajectory to IPO.

​In that pursuit, he has had his hands in a number of growth strategies and tactics. His favorite (although it ended up in a pivot) was when he built a scraper to pull every consumer services company in the top 10 metropolitan areas of the US and enrich smb owner info with a crawler to other social sites. He used that data to create a free trial with their information. Then, his team used all the custom fields they scraped (like first name, address, cell number) to write a handwritten letter inviting them to their dashboard link BUT that letter was written by a robot HOLDING a real pen and copying the CEO's handwriting. Open rates for smb direct mail are like 97% too.
