The above toxic cycles cause true trauma; which is ultimately at the neurobiological level.

Modern sociology shows everyone has suffered trauma; whether directly and/or passed through transgenerationally. Suffering trauma is a Common Humanity; the only question is to what degree is our true trauma (vs. perceived trauma).
