What is PUUR's Origin?

PUUR is authentically rooted in Ancient tradition. In contrast, "mindfulness" which was founded in 1979 by a Caucasian man in America, "The Father of Mindfulness", Jon Kabat-Zin. This truth has now been exposed by renowned Zen Buddhist teachers as Faux Buddhism and a lie of western capitalism.

U.S Mindfulness is NOT grounded in Buddhist tradition as it is commonly sold to be. In fact, "mindfulness" (which is packaged for "self-care") is at odds with the Buddhist doctrine of anattā, or the ‘no-self.’

 

Now, the Right Mindfulness ("being selfless") is in Buddha's Eightfold Path — but it is NOT a practice, but a byproduct of a life lived in pursuit of the truth, purity, and SELFLESS desires. Lastly, contrary to popular media myth, most Buddhists don't even practice solo meditation much, because it is so boring.
